Self-confidence is simply knowing yourself well, accepting yourself wholeheartedly, and not allowing fear to stop you from following your heart when it comes to what you want and who you want to BE. It's about not being worried at all by what people may think as you know who you are.
Fake confidence is rude, offensive and resonates from an insecure person. It's a competitive way of being that can be unkind and/or look down on others. It's a need to feel better without actually doing the personal work to BE better.
True confidence is genuine, kind, thoughtful, purposeful, intentional and loving. It is authentic in nature and people feel loved and accepted around truly confident people.
