A person who is transparent does not hide or conceal anything.
It means observers who want to know what this person is up-to, the observers are free to observe.
A person who is “transparent” has no secrets and tells no lies. What you see is what you get!
A transparent business and financial activities are done in an open way without secrets, so that people can trust that they are fair and honest. Companies that are transparent about their goals and policies.
To be transparent or become transparent really just means you are NOT afraid to put your SELF out there and potentially be judged by ‘others.’
